Dashboard overview: Where to find everything
When you log in to Dubly.AI you land on the Dashboard. Here's a tour of the main areas.
Left sidebar
The left sidebar is your main navigation and is visible on every page after you log in.
Organization Switcher
At the top of the sidebar, you'll see the name of your current organization (only if you belong to more than one). Click it to switch between organizations you're a member of, or to create a new organization.
Navigation
Home – Return to the dashboard at any time.
My Dubs – View and manage all your dubs.
My Plan – See your plan details, remaining minutes, transactions, and invoices.
Members (not available on free plans) – Invite and manage team members on your account.
Settings – Manage your account, API tokens, and custom voices.
Translation Style – Configure how your translations sound.
Help Center – Articles, tutorials, and contact support.
Minutes Widget
Down on the left, the Minutes widget shows a progress bar with how much of your monthly allowance is still available. Click More Minutes to jump straight to the plan page and top up.
If you don't have an active plan yet, this area shows a Get Started card with a Start Plan button instead.
Profile & Logout
At the very bottom of the sidebar, you'll find your avatar, name, and email address. Click the logout icon next to your name to sign out.
Collapse / Expand
Use the panel icon next to the Dubly logo to collapse the sidebar into a compact icon-only view, or expand it back to full width. On mobile, the sidebar is hidden by default — open it with the menu button in the top bar.
Top Right Corner Options
In the top right corner of every page, you'll find two controls:
Language Selector (🌐 EN) — Click this to change the display language of the interface. This only affects the platform UI, not the language of your actual dub projects.
Theme Toggle (☀️) — Switch between light and dark mode by clicking the sun/moon icon.
What you'll find on the Home page
When you log in, the Home page greets you with a personalized welcome message and gives you instant access to everything you need to manage your dubs and account.
Create Dub button
In the top right corner, you'll find the + Create Dub button. Click it anytime you want to start a new translation project.
Quick access cards
The Home page features four quick-access cards that take you to the most important areas of your account:
My Dubs — Total number of dubs you've created. Click to see all previous dubs in one place; watch, download, or edit them.
Settings — Account settings area: personal details, password, API tokens, custom voices.
Find out about plans — Overview of your current plan, remaining credits and subscription details.
Help Center — Opens the Help Center in a new tab.
My Dubs
Below the quick-access cards, the My Dubs section shows your most recently created translation projects so you can jump back into your work without navigating to the full dubs list.
Filter by status: All Dubs / Finished / In Progress / Updating.
Search for a specific dub by title.
View toggle: switch between grid and list view on desktop.
See all next to the section title to open the full My Dubs overview.
My Plan overview
The My Plan page gives you a complete overview of your current subscription and everything you need to manage your plan, track your usage, and keep an eye on your billing.
