Information about credit usage
Open plan from the navigation. You'll see two main areas:
Plan Card
The card at the top shows your current plan — name, monthly minute allocation, and your renewal date. If you've cancelled, it shows when access expires. If you're past due on payment, it shows that here too.
Transactions tab
This is the meat of the page. It lists every credit movement on your account in chronological order:
Type — subscription refill, dub consumption, refund, or admin adjustment.
Minutes — how many were added or used.
Source — whether subscription or OTP credits were affected.
Balance before / balance after — the running totals so you can see how a transaction changed your standing.
Timestamp — when the transaction happened.
