Can I pause my subscription?
Most "pause my subscription" requests come from one of three places:
You're going on vacation or won't dub for a few months — you don't want to pay during downtime.
You overestimated your usage and you'd rather a temporary break than a full downgrade.
You're between projects and unsure whether you'll keep using Dubly.AI at all. For all three, the workaround is the same.
The workaround
Cancel at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access (and your remaining subscription minutes) until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Re-subscribe when you need it again. Your account stays put — login, dubs, projects, custom voices, glossaries, settings — all of it is preserved.
What you don't lose
Your dubs, projects, custom voices, glossaries, and Translation Styles all stay in your account.
Your team members stay in the Account.
Your past invoices stay accessible.
