Why did my plan automatically renew?

Subscriptions on Dubly.AI auto-renew at the end of every billing cycle. If you don't cancel, you'll be charged for the next cycle on your renewal date.

When the renewal happens

Your renewal date is shown on the plan page. For monthly plans, it's the same calendar day every month (e.g. the 14th). For yearly plans, it's the same date every year. We charge the payment method on file. If the card is expired or declined, the renewal fails and we'll notify you to update your payment method.

How to stop auto-renewal

Go to My plan and click Cancel subscription. You'll get a confirmation prompt. After cancelling:

  • You keep access through the end of the cycle you've already paid for.

  • No charge happens at the next renewal date.

  • Your subscription minutes stop refilling at the next renewal date.

  • Your dubs, projects and Account members all stay.

"I cancelled but I still got charged"

Two common reasons:

  • You cancelled too late in the cycle. Cancellation only stops the next renewal. If your renewal was today and you cancelled today, the renewal may have already gone through.

  • You only cancelled in your bank app. Telling your bank to "block Dubly.AI" doesn't cancel your subscription on our side — it just causes the next charge to fail. You're still on the subscription. Cancel through the plan page so the cancellation is on Dubly.AI's records. If you cancelled in the plan page and were still charged, contact support with the date of cancellation.
