At Dubly.AI, we believe in keeping our billing transparent and user-friendly. You have full control over your subscription and can make changes at any time.
How Cancellation Works
If you are on a Monthly or Yearly subscription plan, you can cancel your membership whenever you choose. To ensure you get the full value of your plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. What this means for you:
Continuous Access: You will retain full access to all features and your account until the period you've already paid for concludes.
No Further Charges: Once you cancel, no further payments will be processed for the following month or year.
Examples
Monthly Plans: If you cancel halfway through your billing month, your access remains active for the remaining two weeks. You will not be charged for the next month.
Yearly Plans: If you cancel a few months into your annual subscription, you will continue to have access for the remainder of the year.
How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your subscription, our team is here to help you with the process. You can reach out to us through either of the following channels:
Plan Settings: Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel.
Live Chat: Send us a message directly through the live chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen for the fastest response.
Email: Contact us at hello@dubly.ai and we will process your request as soon as possible. Please note: To help us handle your cancellation quickly, please reach out using the email address associated with your Dubly.AI account. Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
