Change or upgrade your plan
Where to manage your plan
Open My Plan from the sidebar. You'll see your current plan, remaining minutes, and all the options described below. Any member of your organization can open this page and trigger plan changes. Plan changes apply to the whole organization, not to individual members.
Upgrading
Switching to a plan with more minutes (on the same interval) takes effect immediately:
A new billing cycle starts now and you're charged the full price of the new plan.
Your new monthly minutes unlock right away.
Any remaining minutes from your old plan carry over into your balance.
Downgrading
Switching to a plan with fewer minutes on the same interval takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle:
You keep your current minutes and features until the cycle ends.
No refund is issued for the unused portion of the higher plan.
Subscription minutes don't roll over — any unused subscription minutes expire at renewal as they always do.
Switching between monthly and yearly
The two directions behave differently:
Monthly → Yearly takes effect immediately. A new billing cycle starts now, you're charged the full yearly price and yearly pricing applies from this point on. Your remaining minutes carry over.
Yearly → Monthly is scheduled for the end of your current yearly period. You keep yearly pricing and minutes until then; the monthly plan begins on the next renewal date. You can cancel a scheduled yearly→monthly change before it takes effect. Yearly plans offer a lower per-minute rate in exchange for a 12-month term.
Cancelling
Click Manage Subscription on the plan page to open the Stripe customer portal, then cancel from there. Once cancelled:
Your subscription stays active until the end of the already-paid period.
Remaining subscription minutes are usable until that date.
You're not charged again. If you cancelled by mistake, a Reactivate Subscription button appears on the plan page before the period ends.
