Multiple Accounts/Workspaces
Short answer: You only need one Dubly.AI account. A single account can give you access to multiple workspaces.
One email, many workspaces
Your Dubly.AI login is tied to your email address. From that single login you can:
Work in your own personal workspace
Be invited as a member into any number of other workspaces (agencies, clients, teams) Projects, billing and members stay separate per workspace but you manage everything from one login, without having to sign out and back in.
How to get added to another workspace
To join an existing workspace, an Owner or Admin of that workspace needs to invite you:
Ask them to open the Members page and click Invite Member.
They enter your email address and choose your role.
You'll receive an invitation email with a link.
Click the link, set your name and password (if you don't have an account yet) and you're in. If you already have a Dubly.AI account with the same email, accepting the invite simply adds the new workspace to your existing login.
Switching between workspaces
Once you belong to more than one workspace, use the Workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to switch between them. Each workspace has its own projects, members and billing.
When a second account might make sense
In most cases, one account is simpler and safer. A second account (with a different email) is only worth creating if:
You need to fully separate work and personal projects under different login emails
Your employer requires a corporate email for compliance and you also want a private account
You run multiple businesses that must be kept legally separate For everything else — freelancing for multiple clients, running side projects, managing team content — use invitations to join additional workspaces instead of creating new accounts.
Accidentally created two accounts?
If you signed up twice with different emails and want to consolidate them, contact hello@dubly.ai with both email addresses. We can merge the accounts and preserve your projects, credits, and history.
